I put together my audio summits in under 40 hours total over the span of 3-4 months, without a team. However, I know not everyone has the same capacity or timelines for their summits, so there’s a whole lesson (Module 2, Lesson 5) on finding the right pacing and timing for you.

You do need to have an email list of at least 100 subscribers to make the most of this strategy, but it doesn’t need to be big. That’s kinda the point of hosting an audio summit, to grow your list. But it does make it easier to attract quality speakers if you’re not brand new.
