VIP Intensive Days for Squarespace Website Design

Recently I’ve been exploring ways to help my lovely clients with some of their smaller projects and improving their existing Squarespace* websites. This has taken shape into my VIP Intensives where I block out a whole day to work on whatever branding or website design projects my client needs help with.
Here’s how the Squarespace website VIP Intensives play out (incase you were wondering how this all works):
The Squarespace website VIP Intensive starts with a “Brain Dump” session
Once we’ve established that a VIP Intensive is the right solution for you, we’ll do a “Brain Dump” where you’ll get to list out everything that’s piling up on your plate. This could be any updates you’ve been meaning to make to your website, designing a stunning new sales page or improving your Squarespace website’s SEO.
Then with your exhaustive to-do list in hand, we go through it together and work out which items are the highest priority to work on. From there, I’ll advise what we can definitely get done in the VIP Intensive and what the “cherry on top” items you’d like to try to tackle if there is any time left over.
What happens on the day for your Squarespace VIP Intensive
When the day you’ve booked in for your VIP Intensive rolls around, I’ll get stuck into working on our top priority projects right away.
No need for you to be stuck on a bunch of calls, or thinking about your website at all really! Nope, because we’ve done all of that great prep work beforehand I’ll dive straight into the top-priority work first, and then I’ll send over a “half-way”check-in where I’ll present everything I’ve been working on and ask for your feedback. We’ll chat through any changes that need to be made and make sure we’re still on track to finish up the other work on your priority list.
I love recording a quick screen share video for these “half-way”check-ins so I can walk through the designs in detail together and give you time to share any input without the pressure of being on a live call.
What happens when the Squarespace website VIP Intensive is over?
Nearing the end of your VIP Intensive once we’re sure you absolutely love the updates we’ve made, I’ll export any files or hit publish on your site so you’ll walk away with everything completed at the end of the day!
I’ll also send over a recap of everything we’ve worked on that day, training videos for any new functionality we’ve added, plus a list of any to-do items that didn’t quite make it.
Who are Squarespace website VIP Intensives for?
Essentially anyone could book in a VIP Intensive - as long as they have a Squarespace* website of course - but I find they work best for business owners who have their websites most of the way done but need some help adding extra features, creating a high-converting sales page or wat to optimzie their website for search engines.
I recently spent the day working on the lovely Philippa Robinson’s website Safe and Supported. She had created the site herself in Squarespace but felt lost when trying to get it to look professional and clearly presenting her coaching services. After our “Brain Dump” call we decided to tackle the layout of her main web pages to help make her message clearer and guide her potential clients through her site. It was a blast to reorder her site and bring some much-needed clarity to her messaging and we even able to get her bonus to-do item done – a clean, navigation free landing page for her Instagram links!
