Here’s How It Works
Part 1
Pre-Production Plan
During this 90-minute strategy call, we’ll map out all the moving parts of your event. You’ll leave feeling clear on what’s needed to hit your goals, and what bells & whistles we can skip to save your stress levels.
Part 2
Weekly Checkins
Every Monday, I’ll send over a quick check-in form for you to keep me updated with where you’re at and share anything you’d like my feedback or input on. These check-ins not only help hold you accountable to your own goals, but also allow me to support you with any hiccups or changes that come up as you go.
Part 3
Monthly Voxer Chats
This is our space to dig deeper into anything holding you back or taking up brain space as you work through your event prep and launch planning. We’ll work through any logistics, mindset or human-herding challenges together so you can keep moving your event forward with a sense of calm and confidence.

Voxer is a free walkie-talkie app that allows us to send voice and text messages back and forth. I’ve fount it to be the easiest way to chat with clients regardless of timezones and the asynchronous communication often leads to really thoughtful, in-depth conversations.

No, this is a coaching container so I won’t be creating any assets for your event for you. However, I’ll be more than happy to advise on every element of your event and review all your assets before you go live to make sure their working perfectly and optimized for conversions.

While we can definitely chat about whether launching your business with an event is right for you, I do find people have the most success with events when they have some sort of audience established already (even a few hundred subscribers is a great start).
