Here’s How It Works

Part 1

Book your discovery call

Catch me up on everything you’re thinking of for your event and the type of support you’re after, then I’ll send over a custom quote with some options for you to choose from.


Part 2

Strategy Session

We’ll kick off with a 60-minute call to map out your full event and collaborator management plan. This is where we’ll get on the same page about all the moving parts of your event and get set up for a smooth partnership as we start brining it to life


Part 3

Collaborator Management

With our strategy locked in, I’ll get started curating your Pitch List, reaching out to potential collaborators and setting up all your essential support documents like your contributor hub, intake & submissions forms and more. From there, it’s pretty hands off on your end as I send regular collaborator check-in emails, follow up with outstanding submissions and hold their hands through the entire process.

You can also opt for me to host collaborator calls and / or create additional support resources to improve their experiences and increase chances of getting content in on time & to our standards (highly recommended for B2C audiences).


Part 4

Weekly Progress Checkins

Every Monday, I’ll check in with you via our private Slack channel to share how your event is progressing and ask for input on essential decisions as needed. This helps us work in tandem and we can include any team members in this chat for extra ease!


Part 5

Wrap up

After your event, we’ll hop on a brief 30-minute call to debrief your event together, share any feedback I’ve gathered from your collaborators and explore future opportunities for your event.

If you’ll be launching with an affiliate team after your event, you can opt to have me stay on and manage your affiliates for a seamless experience.

Online Event Management Services

  • I only take on 1 Event Management client at a time to give you my full attention, so spots are limited. I recommend inquiring as soon as you have the idea for your event.

    I’m currently booking projects for Q2 & Q3 of 2026.

  • I’ve worked with first time and veteran event hosts, but I tend to find the people who get the most out of Event Management Services are established business owners who are committed to creating a standout event but don’t have the support or systems to pull off their big vision alone.

    I do find I work best with 1:many online business owners who are currently working solo or with a small team, have a clear vision for their business and aren’t juggling a million other projects alongside their event. I’m also a big fan of partnering with business sharing a practical skill vs more ephemeral results.

  • Let’s make sure this partnership is a mutually good fit!

    • My core values as a human and business owner are inclusion, accessibility, diversity and compassion towards our fellow humans. We’ll work best together if you think the same.

    • Life comes first, so I will do my best to provide reasonable accommodations as needed, and I expect you to extend the same curtesy to me.

    • You are the expert in your work, I am in mine. When we work together I hope you’ll lean on my expertise and not outsource your decision making to other coaches or mentors.

    • You are responsible for your own success. I find people who focus on their events as a standalone project do best, however if you are juggling multiple large projects during our time together, I expect you to appropriately scope and manage your workload to not derail your event.

  • Not at all, we can map out your aligned idea together in the Virtual Event Strategy Session. But if you do have your heart set on something, I’m here to help you bring it to life!

  • Absolutely!! Depending on your needs, I can provide event management support including:

    Collaborator Management to keep your people on track and help you hit your deadlines without the drama

    ♦ Registration page copy & design copy to get people excited and signing up

    Tech set up taken care of from video editing to closed captions, transcripts and delivery setup (I’m comfortable using whatever tech you have but may make suggestions if I think it will improve your event or experience)

    Promo content that proudly shows off your event and makes it so easy to sign up for

    Swipe copy & graphics to encourage your collaborators to share

    Post-event launch efforts including webinar prep, promo content and launch logistics

  • Absolutely! You can book a standalone event Strategy Intensive and if you decide to upgrade to hiring me for your Event Project Management, I’ll credit the cost of the call towards your package of choice.

  • Absolutely! When I share your custom quote after our discovery chat, you’ll have the option to sign with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% can be split out over the duration of your project, however, all payments must be complete before your event starts.
