Together we’ll design an event that’s unmistakably yours (and far from cookie-cutter!).

Craft Your Plan

With your vision in mind, I’ll dive into the details to build out a manageable step-by-step plan to bring your event to life. From timelines to tech, you’ll know exactly what to action when with your custom project management system designed to keep this event strategically simple for you to put together.

Step 3

Bring Your Event To Life

Now it’s time to make your event idea a reality! You’ll have everything you need to dig in on your own with the plan I’ve built for you, or hand it over to have me execute your event while you focus on connecting with your people.

Let’s design a standout yet strategically simple event that helps you stand out without stressing out. And feels like the most fun thing you’ve done for your brand!

  • My expertise is in online collaborative events like summits and bundles. However, I’m a big fan of playing with event formats to match your unique goals, audience and brand so we’ll dig into the right event for you to host in the strategy session.

  • For a larger event (think 20+ contributors with a few frills like an all access pass or sponsors), you’ll want to book in at least 90 days before your ideal launch date.

    For more intimate events (think 5-7 contributors with a simple delivery like email only series), you won’t need as much lead time so I recommend 4-6 weeks prior to your start date.

    Not sure what size event you want to tackle? Plan for the longer timeline so we have buffer space to keep it stress-free!

  • You can absolutely hand off some elements of your event prep to your team like the build and promo prep, however I strongly encourage you be part of the pitch and delivery processes for the best results. We can work out together which tasks make the most sense to outsource in our strategy session.

  • Easy Events is my signature 6-month group program that follows my event production process to bring your event to life with less stress. While you can ask for help in the group, submit questions and content for review, it is a group experience.
