I’ve worked with first time and veteran event hosts, but I tend to find the people who get the most out of Event Project Management Services are established business owners who are committed to creating a standout event but don’t have the support or systems to pull off their big vision alone.

I do find I work best with 1:many online business owners who are currently working solo or with a small team, have a clear vision for their business and aren’t juggling a million other projects alongside their event. I’m also a big fan of partnering with business sharing a practical skill vs more ephemeral results.

I only take on 1-2 Event Project Management clients at a time so spots are limited. I recommend inquiring as soon as you have the idea for your event.

When you choose the Event Project Management & Implementation package you get a 1 week intensive with me to be reserved after our Strategy Session with at least 2 weeks notice.

This is a 20 hour done for you sprint where I’ll tackle your event design, copy or tech set up.

Done-for-you event design often includes:

• Event branding including a custom logo, fonts, colours and brand kit

• Registration page design customized to your event

• Promo graphics for emails, social posts and ads

Done-for-you event copy often includes:

• Up to 10 promo emails to share your event with your audience

• Event delivery emails to get your attendee’s engaging

• Collaborator swipe copy with typically 5 promo emails, 5 social posts and 5 copy snippets ready to share

Done-for-you event tech often includes:

• Event delivery systems set up for you

• Full registration process created and tested for you

• Automations behind-the-scenes for a seamless customer experience

You can request ONE round of revisions for all creative assets created during your Implementation Intensives. However, because we start by laying a strong strategy first, I find most clients request minimal edits to copy and design work.

Absolutely! You can book a standalone Strategy Session and if you decide to upgrade to hiring me for your Event Project Management, I’ll credit half the cost of the call towards your package of choice.

You can either book 6 months upfront (just let me know you’d like to do so in your application) to get uninterrupted support. This is the way to go if you know you have a longer timeline for your event & launch.

Otherwise, you can request to extend our time together at any point during out 3 months, dependant on my availability.
