Part 1
Virtual Event Strategy Session
During this 90-minute strategy call, we’ll map out all the moving parts of your collaborative event. You’ll leave feeling clear on what’s needed to hit your goals, and know exactly what needs to get done to bring your vision to life. We’ll also map out the scope of work you want to hand over to me and I’ll present you with your options to move forward as your Online Event Project Manager.
Part 2
Done-For-You Online Event Project Management Services
Based on the scope we strategize together, I’ll jump in and start bringing your event to life. From collaborator outreach and management to copywriting, design, tech and even post-event launch support, I’ll be at your side helping make sure your event runs smoothly.
Part 3
Weekly Progress Checkins
Every Monday, I’ll check in with you via our private Slack channel to share how your event is progressing, ask for input on essential decisions and keep you on task for any elements you (and your team) are working on in tandem with me.
Part 4
Post-Event Launch Support
Your launch post-event is one of the most important parts of the project, so I’ll stick by your side to support you with options for strategic guidance through to done-for-your launch copy, design and tech support to make sure your post-event launch is a success!

I only take on 1-2 Event Project Management clients at a time so spots are limited. I recommend inquiring as soon as you have the idea for your event.

I’ve worked with first time and veteran event hosts, but I tend to find the people who get the most out of Event Project Management Services are established business owners who are committed to creating a standout event but don’t have the support or systems to pull off their big vision alone.
I do find I work best with 1:many online business owners who are currently working solo or with a small team, have a clear vision for their business and aren’t juggling a million other projects alongside their event. I’m also a big fan of partnering with business sharing a practical skill vs more ephemeral results.
