Part 1
Monthly Meetings
Each month, we’ll meet for a 90-minute team meeting to zoom out and take a look at your bigger goals, reflect on past progress and then review all of your projects on deck before digging into the details to design your practical plan of attack for the month ahead.

Part 2
Done-With-You Project Planning
Anytime we tackle something new, big or small, we’ll work through my project planning process to map out all of the moving parts to create a manageable plan to bring your idea to life. I’ll then add all the to-dos and deadlines to your project management tool of choice so you know exactly what to work on when.
Part 3
Ongoing Strategic Support
Between calls, we’ll keep in touch via our private channel where we can talk through any questions or new projects that pop up between calls so you don’t have to second guess what to work on and where to focus.
Part 4
Weekly Checkins
Each week, I’ll proactively check in with you for extra accountability and to help adapt your workload if life is lifeing.

If you have a specific project that you need help planning out all the moving parts of (like an upcoming launch, preparing for maternity leave or setting up a new system), the one off session is perfect!
However, if you’d like support across your entire business, with multiple projects on the go - and especially if you do best with ongoing accountability - the 3 month package is for you.
