Here’s How It Works
Part 1
Discovery Call
Catch me up on everything you’re thinking of for your summit and launch and the type of support that would make you sign with relief. From there I’ll share more about how I work and invite you to book in with a deposit, contract and clear scope of work for our time together.
Part 2
Summit & Launch Strategy
We’ll start with a 90-minute call to map out your full launch and event plan. This is where we’ll get on the same page about all the moving parts of what we’re working on and get set up for a smooth partnership as we get started. We’ll also agree on where you’d like to have my support so you can make the best use of the implementation time included in your package.
Part 3
Project Management
With our strategy locked in, I’ll untangle all the tasks, deadlines and due dates for your summit and launch, and set up our project management system. If you have a team, I'll also advice what to delegate out and assign myself tasks as per our strategy session so you’ll know exactly who’s doing what.
Part 4
Weekly Checkins
Every Monday, I’ll check in with you via our private Slack channel to see how things are progressing on your end, follow up with anything I’ve been working on and make sure everything’s on track for the week ahead. We can also use this space for any questions you might have as you go and to request feedback on anything I’m working on for you.
Part 5
Implementation
Depending on the package you select, I can take on one or two big parts of your summit or launch for you! We’ll decide together in your strategy session if you want to hand over your speaker management, summit set up and / or creating promotional materials like summit graphics, swipe copy and landing page design.
Part 6
Wrap up
At the end of our time together, we’ll hop on a brief 30-minute call to debrief your summit and launch, and can discuss at that time if you’d like further or ongoing support.

I only take on 1 Event Management client at a time to give you my full attention, so spots are limited. I recommend inquiring as soon as you have the idea for your event.

I’ve worked with first time and veteran event hosts, but I tend to find the people who get the most out of Event Management Services are established business owners who are committed to creating a standout event but don’t have the support or systems to pull off their big vision alone.
I do find I work best with 1:many online business owners who are currently working solo or with a small team, have a clear vision for their business and aren’t juggling a million other projects alongside their event. I’m also a big fan of partnering with business sharing a practical skill vs more ephemeral results.

Absolutely! You can book a standalone event Strategy Intensive and if you decide to upgrade to hiring me for your Event Project Management, I’ll credit the cost of the call towards your package of choice.

Absolutely! When I share your custom quote after our discovery chat, you’ll have the option to sign with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% can be split out over the duration of your project, however, all payments must be complete before your event starts.
