The Process
Here’s How The Event Intensives Work
Part 1
Strategy Session
During this 90-minute strategy call, you’ll brain dump everything you’ve got and where you’re feeling stuck. From there, we’ll work out your top priorites, map out a clear path forward and decide what you want to hand over to me to tackle for you.
Part 2
The Intensive
With our plan in place, I’ll jump right in and do the doing! Whether you want me to map out all the moving parts of your event, set up your back end systems, design your event pages or even write your emails, I’ll tear through your to-do list in your 4 hour intensive.
Part 3
Email Support
At the end of your intensive, I’ll send you an email wrapping everything up and sharing what I was able to accomplish for you in the 4 hour intensive. From there you’ll have a full week of email support for any follow up questions and 1 round of revisions on any creative assets I create for you during our time.

I book 1 Event Intensive per month and I recommend booking in as soon as possible (ideally when you first decide you want to host an event).
I’m currently booking for January, February and March 2026.

A lot! I work fast and because we start with your strategy, I’ll have everything I need to get stuck in right away. Plus, you’ll get to take advantage of all my systems and templates that I use to speed up my own events to make my work go even faster.
That being said, I tend to be able to tackle one large-ish project per intensive. For example, writing and scheduling all of your event promotional emails or creating all of the website pages for your event. However, if you have more of a laundry list of smaller things you need help with I’ll advise you how much is realistic for me to tackle for you on the strategy call.

If you have me tackle something creative, like designing your promo graphics, creating your registration page or writing your promo emails, there is a fair amount of personal taste that goes into the final outcome. During the intensive I’ll use everything I’ve learned about you, your event and your business to create the best content for you. But if you feel something missed the mark or needs a little tweak to feel like you, you have 5 days post Intensive to request a revision of that asset (by providing clear instructions for what you do want) and I’ll send it over to you with minimal delay (typically within the week).

Not at all, we can map out your aligned idea together in the Pre-Production Planning Session. But if you do have your heart set on something, I’m here to help you bring it to life!

While we can definitely chat about whether launching your business with an event is right for you, I do find people have the most success with events when they have some sort of audience established already (even a few hundred subscribers is a great start).

We can use your pre-production plan call to chat through your event strategy and I’m happy to adapt the 4 hour intensive to focus on coaching instead to either scheduling coaching calls or providing asynchronous support.
