Planning Party
Plan your low-lift collaborative online event with this action-taking challenge.
Next party: Sept 22-26
We get started in:
Love the idea of hosting an online event, but stuck in overwhelm before you even got started?
It’s getting harder and harder to stand out online, and you know that you need to do something different, bigger perhaps, if you want to make the impact you’re after.
You could double down on churning out more posts and reels, but you’re tired of seeing all that hard work only reach a tiny portion of your audience. Or spend the time upfront to create quality long-form content that will hopefully pay off in the months (or years) to come…
Or, you could get in front of a bunch of existing audiences with one well-designed event! An event that positions you as a trusted expert because you’re getting a warm welcome and offering some major value up front.
But here’s the problem...
Finding the right topic is proving tricky since there’s so much noise out there. You want your event to feel like none other.
1
Knowing which format fits you and your ideal clients best. Sure, you could host a big flashy summit, but you know deep down you don’t really have it in you for all those moving parts.
2
Believing you can pull off hosting an amazing event without burning yourself out in the process
3
Committing to showing up for your business can be stretchy, but you know deep down it’s the only way you’re going to grow.
4
Let’s change that, shall we?
The way forward is simple

“Really love how actionable it is and LOOOOOVED the implementation sprint!
— Anouk Briere-Godbout
Had an amazing event idea in the back of your head for ages, but it’s never felt like quite the right time?
Yeah, I’ve been there too...
I’ve participated in dozens (hundreds?) of events hosted by other people, but put off hosting my own for ages because it felt like such a huge project. I’m happily a business of one and didn’t like the idea of having to hire a team just for an event, or if I did tackle it myself that I’d have to put aside my other priorities while I do everything.
Until I decided to flip the event script on its head and design my events intentionally to fit my actual time & capacity.
And now I’m hooked! I’ve hosted several smaller, thoughtful events that have made a big impact on my business without burning me out in the process. From a collaborative blog series to an audio-only summit, I’ve finally found a way to show up that doesn’t fry my fragile nervous system. And I’ve just loved the fun side benefits of all of these collaborations, from referrals to adding extra affiliates and even booking paid speaking opportunities.
And I’m so excited to help you do the same!
This sprint is perfect for you if...
You’ve got a signature 1:many program you’re planning on launching and would love to add a bunch of aligned leads to your launch list.
You’ve got your business basics sorted and are ready to take your marketing up a level by hosting a thought leadership level event.
You’ve got a growing network of potential collaborators in your niche that you can’t wait to tap into.
You’re serious about hosting a collaborative event and want to be smart about planning it out so you don’t accidentally overstretch yourself.
This isn’t right for you if…
You’re still working out your offers, marketing, and business basics. Get those sorted first and then adding an event is a great next step.
You’re starting fresh in a brand new niche and have no idea who you’d even ask to participate in your event.
You work better in closer-knit or long-term support containers vs a group sprint. Perhaps you’ll find my Easy Events program to be a better fit.
You’re not sold on hosting a collaborative event and would rather try other list growth strategies first. I’d suggest starting here instead.

No worries, you’ll get ongoing access to the daily prompts and mini-trainings so you can work through the planning process on your own after the sprint. However, you’ll get the most out of it by being in the group where we can keep you accountable and give you feedback as you go.
If you can’t attend the VIP Review Call you are very welcome to pre-submit your event plan ahead of time for me to review on the call. I’ll send out a replay afterwards.
-
While it’s not mandatory that you have an existing audience to host an event, it will serve you a lot better if you at least have an email list started so you’re not working on starting that at the same time.
I would advise that if you are newer to business, that you make sure you have some existing network or connections in your niche as you’ll need to pitch collaborators to participate in your event.
-
Definitely not! We’ll cover the different event formats you can choose from in day 3 to make sure you’re matching your event format to your overall goals and the audience you want to attract.
If this is your first time hosting a collaborative event, I’ll encourage you to pick something considerably smaller than the typical bundle or summit you may have seen. We’re aiming for this event to be easy, enjoyable and to actually happen, after all 😘
-
During the Planning Party sprint, we’ll be mapping out the high-level strategy of your event including your event topic, format, audience, timing and delivery logistics.
Since this sprint is only 5 days, we won’t be going over the minute details of your specific event set up - however, there will be a customizable event project plan included in the Notion workbook with all of the usual elements required for an online collaborative event.
-
While I’ll be active and available in the Slack group throughout the 5 days of the sprint, I won’t be reviewing your event plan in detail unless you join the optional VIP Review Call on Thursday.
-
No, since this is a live support offer I do not offer refunds, so please reach out before buying if you have any questions!
